"Sales" is not a dirty word

NO ONE wants to be considered a pushy salesman or saleswoman, NO ONE. But the word sales has such a bad reputation because we all have been on the receiving end of a sales situation that didn't feel right to us. We may have felt taken advantage of, pushed into a decision we weren't ready to make, or purchased something we really didn't want or need because of the sales tactics of someone else.

IPS is NOT about doing that to clients. Switch out the word sales for service and see what happens to how you think about being in sales and how your clients feel when they hire you.
