The short answer that many people don't want to hear when I am asked about opening a retail location is, "when you have enough money in the bank."

Retail are a wonderful thing to have but they are expensive. Many say that business increased when they secured their retail spot. BUT be aware of how much opening a retail location costs and be sure that you are ready for that added expense when making this big step in your business.
